WAITING TOO LONG! CLAIM IS DEAD FOREVER!

FACT: Social Security denies most disability applications (Denial Rate: up to 70 percent).

FACT: The only way to respond to a denied claim is to file a written appeal.

FACT: You only have 65 days to file an appeal. After that, your claim has died--FOREVER!

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is very unforgiving. According to federal regulations, a denied claim must be appealed within 65 days of denial. If you wait longer than 65 days, your claim most likely cannot be appealed and your case is as dead as roadkill. No, excuses don't count. You must meet the deadline.

The first stage of appeal is called "Reconsideration." It is usually a denial, also. But "Reconsideration" keeps your case alive and begins kicking it upward....up, up, up the appeal chain until it finally reaches a judge.

When "Reconsideration" fails (and there is a 93 percent chance that it will)....you must file another appeal, which I call "the real appeal." This second appeal requests a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). It's the hearing stage that pays most claims.

Unfortunately, many claimants never get their hearing. Sadly, they give up or neglect to file the appeal within the strict 65 day deadline. While this saves the Social Security Administration billions of dollars, it can cost the claimant an entire lifetime of disability benefits. This could amount to a loss of about $400,000 over a lifetime. And, it includes the loss of Medicare insurance, too.

The idea of "going to court" may not appeal to you. And I understand why. That's why you should get an attorney or experienced legal advocate to handle the appeals for you. This takes a tremendous burden off your back and increases your chance of winning by 200 to 300 percent!

I will personally give you a free disability case evaluation and explain what needs to be done in your unique situation. If I feel you have a good case, I will handle all appeals and paperwork and prepare for your hearing, which I will attend with you. If you don't win and receive retroactive payments, I will not charge you one cent. My payment comes at the END of a successful, winning case, not at the beginning. Call me at (256) 799-0297. This conversation is FREE.
