Ever wonder how much your disability case in worth in today's dollars?

The answer might surprise you. The average Social Security disability case is worth around $500,000, not counting the worth of Medicare insurance.

Most of our clients with successful cases will receive at least $1,300 per month in benefits. Many receive $2,000 to $3,000 per month. The longer you've worked and the higher your wages, the higher your benefit.

The amount of monthly benefit depends on age, earnings history and when you started working. Social Security calls the projected monthly benefit the PIA, or Primary Insurance Amount.

How can you know what your PIA is? You can call your local Social Security office and ask.

If you need help filing, appealing or getting a disability case approved--call the Forsythe Firm in Huntsville. Highly reviewed and well respected, the Forsythe Firm may be able to get your benefits approved, even after you have failed. For a free consultation, call (256) 799-0297.
