WILL RE-FILING YOUR DISABILITY CLAIM DO ANY GOOD?

Many claimants get denied for Social Security disability benefits--then file a new claim. Here's why filing a new claim usually does not do any good:
The same people who just denied your claim will also review your new claim. Same office, same attitude.
They will look at the same evidence. Unless you submit important new evidence, they simply see the denial and say, "What's new? Nothing? Same result."
Filing a new claim "re-sets" the five-month waiting period, making it take even longer before your benefits can start.
A new claim usually loses most or all of your accumulated back pay.
A much better idea is to appeal the denial, not file a new claim. I'm not saying there's never a time and place for a new application, but usually that's not the correct thing to do.
I certainly recommend that you not file a new claim in response to a denied claim, until you speak with a Social Security attorney or professional. That call to me is always free and I can evaluate your proper response to the denial in 5 minutes and advise you what best protects your interests. (256) 799-0297.
