SOCIAL SECURITY HEARINGS: We Stand With You
Your Legal Rights Are Our Business
Hearing Process Guidance
A Social Security hearing is a legal proceeding before a US administrative agency. A judge will give you a completely new review of your case. He or she will consider all the evidence, including new evidence, and make a new decision. Most of the favorable disability decisions today come out of these hearings. The Forsythe Firm has handled thousands of these hearings for our clients. As your personal advocate, I will prepare you and your case for the hearing, present evidence and make legal arguments to the judge to explain why your benefits should be paid. I will attempt to get you the maximum benefits you are entitled to under the law, including maximum retroactive payments or "back pay."
Social Security Disability Application Process
The Forsythe Firm can help you file your initial application for Social Security disability benefits or help you turn a denied claim into victory. We assist with all the forms and collection of medical evidence. An experienced advocate will guide your claim or appeal every step of the way. You will be kept informed of your claim's progress. We never charge you a fee unless you are successful. Our focus is on achieving success together.
Consultations
Initial consultations with us are always free and with no obligation. We will listen carefully to your situation and evaluate steps that need to be taken. If you contract for us to represent you, we agree to charge you a fee only if you win your case and recover past due benefits. After you receive your back pay, the government will withhold the fee you have agreed to and pay us directly. If you do not win your case, or if you do not collect back pay, there will never be a fee or cost for our services.
